The  primary mission of Village Periodontics & Dental Implant Center is to deliver the finest and most comprehensive services available today. In order to assist you with the investment in your dental health, we have outlined our payment policy.

Payment Options:

Our policy is that payment is due at the time service is rendered. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, money orders, Lending Club, Care Credit, and all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover). We also offer options for in house financing. If you are fortunate enough to have dental benefits, we will be very happy to file to your plan for your reimbursement. 

Dental Benefit Information:

Due to the limitations of allowed treatment from dental plan companies, we are considered non-participating or “out of network.” This means we will collect fee for service and as a courtesy to our patients, we will then file a claim to the dental benefit company for their reimbursement of procedures rendered.

Patients that obtain PPO dental plans are typically allowed to see a non-participating provider.  Patients that have an HMO typically are limited to only participating providers.  If you have any questions regarding your dental benefits, please contact your dental benefit provider.

Patients can call their plan benefit company using the dental procedure codes provided on the treatment plan obtained during a treatment conference in our office to learn the estimate of what the benefits will cover.  We encourage our patients to call for this information since the plan benefit companies have to disclose this information immediately to the insured party.  If requested, we would be delighted to send a pre-determination for our patient, but this does tend to take an estimate of 30 days to receive a response.
